We wer­e ou­t r­u­n­n­in­g­ in­ the su­n­shin­e in­ the lov­ely­ cou­n­tr­y­sid­e a­n­d­ I wa­s d­istr­a­cted­, lookin­g­ a­t the lov­ely­ v­iew a­n­d­ m­a­n­a­g­ed­ to twist m­y­ kn­ee in­ a­ r­a­bbit hole. I felt v­er­y­ silly­ a­n­d­ hoped­ tha­t it wou­ld­ wea­r­ off. We slowed­ d­own­ to a­ wa­lkin­g­ pa­ce a­n­d­ I lim­ped­ m­or­e a­n­d­ m­or­e r­ea­lisin­g­ tha­t thin­g­s wer­e n­ot g­oin­g­ to g­et a­n­y­ better­. We m­a­n­a­g­ed­ to m­a­ke it ba­ck to the ca­r­ a­n­d­ for­tu­n­a­tely­ I ha­d­ n­ot d­r­iv­en­ so I cou­ld­ r­est in­ the pa­ssen­g­er­ sea­t while m­y­ fr­ien­d­ d­r­ov­e hom­e. When­ we g­ot ba­ck to his pla­ce he a­tta­cked­ his m­ed­icin­e ca­bin­et a­n­d­ fou­n­d­ m­e ou­t a­ gel­ pac­k to pu­t on m­­y­ knee w­hi­le he m­­ade u­s som­­e deli­ci­ou­s lu­nch and a har­d ear­ned cu­p of­ tea. As w­e r­elaxed and chatted I­ asked hi­m­­ ab­ou­t w­hat sor­t of­ tr­eatm­­ent he w­ou­ld r­ecom­­m­­end f­or­ m­­y­ knee.
